Q:How do I shrink the tube?
A:There are various ways to shrink tubing but the most common is with a hot air gun. Apply the heat evenly around the tube working either from the middle out or from one end to the other until full recovery is acheived.
Q:Is it possible to have samples before placing an order?
A:Yes, please contact us for any samples you require.
Q:Can I have the tube cut to length?
A:Yes, please specify when ordering.
Q:Is there a minimum ordering quantity?
A:No, you can order as much or as little as you like.
Q:Do you have the product in stock?
A:As the largest stockist in Europe we have 98% of products available for immediate despatch.
Q:How long will my order take to process?
A:All orders received by 4pm will be despatched that day if the item is in stock.
Q:Can I pay with debit or credit card?
A:Yes, we take all major credit and debit cards.
Q:How will my order be shipped?
A:UK - Next day courier; Europe - TNT 3 days; Rest of world - Fedex 3 days. Larger overseas orders may be shipped by alternative carrier.
Q:How do I order if I am in the USA or Canada?
A:No problem, you can either contact our agent in Canada or Shrinktek directly. All items will be shipped duty paid straight from the UK. You will be billed in your currency.
Q:What do I need to programme into my satellite navigation system when I come to visit you?
A:Please enter HERRICK CLOSE, CHELTENHAM. This will bring you right outside our main building.
Q:How do I measure heatshrink tubing?
A:Heat Shrink Tubing is always measured as an internal diameter. In other words measure across the inside of the open end. Ensure the tube is round and not flat.
